Each session is a private, confidential space where we unpack the confusion and analyze the patterns inside them. By slowing down and watching what’s really happening beneath the surface, here's what's possible:

You’ll be able to accurately give a language to all you’re experiencing. You’ll see yourself and your environment from a more neutral perspective. You’ll understand the roots and responses that inform your life. Whether it’s a role you’re stuck in, an uncomfortable feeling you can’t seem to get rid of, or a belief you know isn’t true—but still consumes you—you’ll finally understand what drives you.

Next, acceptance.

You'll begin to differentiate between what's in your hands and what isn't. Instead of trying to force life, you are able to let go. Unnecessary stress, resentment, unrealistic expectations—all of it stops being your problem.

Finally, change.

By giving you a framework and tools, you'll know what to do with the chaos you’ve experienced so far. You'll be able to stop reacting and start choosing. You'll confidently grab the reins of your life and create a new reality you didn’t know was possible.

Equine-Assisted Therapy

Sometimes the clearest mirror isn’t a person—it’s a horse.

Horses respond to body language and energy. In these experiential therapeutic sessions, your interaction with a horse reveals the unspoken dynamics of trust, boundaries, and presence that conversation alone can’t reach.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes, offered online or in-person (Beit Shemesh).

  • The first session is a foundational intake: $300 USD.

  • Subsequent sessions: $150 USD.

  • Frequency and duration depend on your goals. Some women work short-term to resolve a specific issue; others continue for deeper change.
