Yom Tov Was Beautiful...

It was also overwhelming, and exhausting.

And now you want to get back into a normal routine.

But that familiar post-Yom Tov feeling is still there.

You wish you weren’t so…

woman with hand on stomach

bloated

Too full. Indigestion.

Physically uncomfortable.

sad woman looking down

Heavy

Low energy. Weighed down. Worn out.

woman with hands covering face

Just ugh

Guilt. Frustration.

Out of control around food.

That’s why I created this workshop.

You Will Walk Away With

A clear next step that feels doable, not overwhelming

Clarity about one specific block that’s been getting in the way of eating the way you want — written down before you leave

A simple way to get unstuck when you feel pulled toward food, without relying on willpower

A new sense of trust that change is possible, from watching other women coached live through familiar struggles, with the option to volunteer

Open window with view over the sea and mug on window sill

Hi, I'm Shoshana

I know that feeling well. The post-Yom Tov heaviness. The frustration. Wondering what I could’ve done differently, and how to get myself back on track.

For 14 years, I’ve worked with women struggling with compulsive behaviors and emotional eating. As a certified addiction counselor and advanced EFT practitioner, I focus on helping women create real change around food, without relying on willpower or feeling deprived.

You might know me from my articles in Mishpacha magazine, or from my book Grab The Reins.

This workshop is based on the same approach I’ve been teaching women for years, including those who felt stuck after trying everything.

The experiences shared on this page come from women whose relationship with food has shifted through our work together.

"Food is now just food. I don’t quake when I see foods that tempted me for years, and I’m no longer anxious around them."

Questions, Answered

“Been there, done that.” What will be different this time?

This is a different approach. We won’t be trying a new meal plan or looking for new ways to stick to a diet. It’s not a life hack. We’ll identify one specific thing that’s getting in your way, and start working with it differently.

I’m exhausted from Yom Tov. Will this take a lot out of me?

The workshop isn’t intense or draining. You can simply show up and listen.

Afterward, you’ll have simple tools you can return to at your own pace.

I’m scared of failing. Again.

You don’t have to fix anything, prove yourself, or commit to a whole plan.

We focus on understanding what’s been getting in your way and taking one doable, realistic step forward.

I like food too much. I don’t want to stop enjoying it.

You won’t stop enjoying your food!

The work here isn’t about restricting yourself or being “good.” Many women find that food actually becomes simpler and more enjoyable, with less emotional charge around it.

I don’t have the Koach to take on something big or keep up with another thing.

This isn’t a plan you’ll need to manage or stay on top of. No cutting up carrots or remembering how many rice cakes you ate.

It’s meant to reduce the load around food, not add to it.

Is this really free?

Yep. The live workshop is free.

If you can’t make it live, the recording will be available afterward for $47.

Is this a diet or food plan?

Nope.

There are no food rules or meal plans.

We focus on what gets in the way when you want to eat differently, and start clearing the blockage.

Warm Words from Past Clients

"I’m not glued to certain foods”"

The biggest change in my relationship with food is that I'm not glued to certain foods that I struggled with for years. It’s so freeing.

"“I used to dream about it all day!”"

I have 5 gorgeous challahs on my counter. And nothing. Zero feelings. Dont want it dont need it! … I used to dream about it all day!

"Food is now just food"

Food is now just food. I don’t quake when I see foods that tempted me for years, and I’m no longer anxious around them.
