Sigh. If only the day after Pesach didn’t leave you with so much guilt and discomfort. All those big meals and heavy food! You wish it had gone differently this time. Here's your easiest next step toward feeling great.

It was also overwhelming, and exhausting.
With the dishes put away, it’s time to get back into a normal routine.
But that familiar after-Pesach feeling pulls you down.
You wish you weren’t so…

Too full. Indigestion.
Physically uncomfortable.

Low energy. Weighed down. Worn out.

Guilt. Hopelessness.
Out of control around food.
That’s why I created this workshop.

I know that feeling well. The post-Pesach heaviness. The frustration. Wondering what I could’ve done differently, and how to get myself back on track.
For 13 years, I’ve worked with women struggling with compulsive behaviors and emotional eating. As a certified addiction counselor and advanced EFT practitioner, I focus on helping women create real change around food, without relying on willpower or feeling deprived.
You might know me from my articles in Mishpacha magazine, or from my book Grab The Reins.
This workshop is based on the same approach I’ve been teaching women for years, including those who felt stuck after trying everything.
The experiences shared on this page come from women whose relationship with food has shifted through our work together.

This is a different approach. We won’t be trying a new meal plan or looking for new ways to stick to a diet. It’s not a life hack. We’ll pinpoint what’s been getting in your way all along, and start to move past it.
The workshop isn’t intense or draining. You can simply show up and listen.
Afterward, you’ll have simple tools you can return to at your own pace.
You don’t have to fix anything, prove yourself, or commit to a whole plan.
We focus on understanding what’s been getting in your way and taking one doable, realistic step forward.
You won’t stop enjoying your food!
The work here isn’t about restricting yourself or being “good.” Many women find that food actually becomes simpler and more enjoyable, with less emotional charge around it.
This isn’t a plan you’ll need to manage or stay on top of. No cutting up carrots or remembering how many rice cakes you ate.
It’s meant to reduce the load around food, not add to it.
Yep. The live workshop is free.
If you can’t make it live, the recording will be available afterward for $47.
Nope.
There are no food rules or meal plans.
We focus on what gets in the way when you want to eat differently, and clear the blockage.

"I struggled, now I choose"
I struggled with binge eating and felt hopeless about change. Now I pause and choose what I actually want and need, instead of reacting.
- T. R.
"I can eat normal portions"
I can now keep foods like chocolate in the house and eat normal portions. What used to feel impossible now feels calm and manageable.
- L. R.
"I ate calmly and sensibly"
I ate the Shabbos meals calmly and sensibly. I enjoyed the food without using it for comfort, just as Shabbos is meant to be enjoyed.
